中欧班列为国际贸易增添活力

一带习近平分别提出建设“新丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的合作倡议 。依靠中国与有关国家既有的双多边机制，借助既有的、行之有效的区域合作平台，一带一路旨在借用古代丝绸之路的历史符号，高举和平发展的旗帜，积极发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系，共同打造政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体。

随着一带一路的火热，越来越多的国家及地区加入行列，拥护“一带一路”倡议，使得中欧班列线路常态化往返运行，通过国内的多举措，在中转，集结中心等方面谋划蓄力，提升运输效率，而另一方面巧借货运班列国际影响力，助力中国、意大利双边贸易增添源源活力。

中欧班列做到“0”中转，加强运输效能。货源的运输花费时间往往不在于运输时间，恰恰在于中转站的中转。如果合理设置始发，告别中转，真正做到“0中转”，这无疑可以为班列运行途中节省大多数时间。此外，中国班列开往意大利的线路科学合理统筹，集结开出后，运输效能则会明显加强，大大提升了物流效率。

中欧班列集结中心蓄力，提升流通效率。随着中欧班列搭载货物日益增长，离境口岸吞吐量成为考验流通效率的一个很大因素，集结中心的规模过小制约着离境货物的吞吐。因此，国内各地纷纷提升铁路口岸吞吐量和增加铁路口岸数量，在一个个集结中心的高效分拨集结下，围绕铁路枢纽中心集中优势资源，往返班列更为通畅。
