本会中文名称为“青岛市中欧贸易促进委员会（简称中欧经济文化促进会），英文名称为"China-EU Trade Promotion Association”(英文缩写"CETPA")。

本会由众多经验丰富的政治、经济、法律以及外交领域的知名专家、知名企业和知名人士发起组成的，为非政治性、非营利性社会团体。

本会的宗旨是：本着互信、合作、共赢的理念，促进中国与欧洲民间的相互了解和发展，加强双方的沟通和交流，运用独特的资源优势和丰富的国际合作工作经验，创建国际交流平台，开拓国际交流渠道，为欧洲的华人及工商界人士到中国投资、旅游、经商、进行贸易与科技教育合作提供咨询、精准服务，帮助华人在欧洲发展事业和到中国开拓发展空间，促进中欧新合作、新发展，助力实现构建人类命运共同体的美好愿景。

本会接受业务主管单位和社团登记管理机关的业务指导和监督管理。

本会住所设在中国青岛市市南区。

   The Association is also known as "China-EU Trade Promotion Association "(CETPA).

   The association is a non-political, non-profit social organization initiated by many experienced experts in the fields of politics, economy, law and diplomacy, as well as well-known enterprises and celebrities.

           The mission of the association is to promote mutual understanding and development between Chinese and European people in the spirit of mutual trust, cooperation and mutual benefit, strengthen communication and exchanges between the two sides, use unique resources and rich experience in international cooperation, create an international exchange platform, open up channels of international exchange,We will provide consultation and accurate services to Chinese in Europe and the business community for investment, tourism, business, trade and education, help Chinese in Europe and China open up new space for development, promote new cooperation and development between China and Europe, and help realize the vision of building a community with a Shared future for mankind.

   The Association accepts the business guidance, supervision and administration of the competent unit and the organization registration and administration authority.

   The Association is located in Shinan District, Qingdao city, China.
